Venue: Stourport, midlands

Result 18th pro

When we arrived at the event it was clear that Eddy and Steve were out to impress, a great paddock area with ample parking and although we could only see a bit of the track it was looking good and the buzz around the pits was great, Just about everyone was there, except Knighter. We parked up and went to walk the track, There was a good mix of going with some long uphill climbs, tricky downhills and fast flat out field sections. With near on 40 pros on the front line, the first few corners were going to be interesting, The flag dropped and we were away, I got away in the top 10 and managed to avoid the big pile up down the first straight and started to settle in to the race, The race was made a little more exciting when it started to snow about an hour and a half in but the track held up well. I finished 18th which was a fairly good result looking at the line up, Just a shame that the race was cut short, again, to 2 hours. I really think that these races should run for the full time, this seems to be happening more and more lately, but still it was a great race.
